Weight Loss Tips for iPod or MP3 Player
Now you can download my weight loss tips posts as POD Casts to your iPod or MP3 player.
You can click on the “listen now” tags at the top of posts to listen to the audio version and download them. Let me know in the comments what you think and if you experience any problems.
This is a great way to catch up on blog posts without needing to use a computer at work. Remember that your activities are monitored at work so it is better to listen to audios rather than surf non-work related sites.

I removed this feature from the home page since it seemed to be taking a long time for the page to load. But I have the audio links available after you click on the title of the post and go to the post-only page.
