My Weight Loss Tip Sheet

Today I created my first online Tip Sheet entitled Weight Loss Tips – no surprises there ;-)

But it will not only contain my tips but anyone’s tips that cares to contribute. So if you have any good tips to share, please do so. The tips will get voted up or down by the community, so it should be a great resource to dip into as the number of tips builds up.

I only posted one tip to test out the service so far but it looks good so I think I will head over there after posting this and add some more tips.

I hope you contribute your own weight loss tips. For questions about weight loss, the comments here are the place to post those.

    Hi Priya

    I don’t think it’s possible for you to lose that much weight in 2 months without drastic and immediate changes to your lifestyle. Even then, 5 kilos of fat a month is extreme and probably not healthy.

    I guess you are sedentary in nature (sit around home, and travel by car everywhere) and eat a lot of food?

    Certainly eat a lot of fruit and get more active. Take your mind off eating by doing activities with thin people.
