Unusual Exercise
This winter I experienced a lot of snow in my home town which made it impossible to go for a run.
So I started shoveling snow which turned out to be good fun and good exercise.
I had several layers of clothing on so I peeled off a layer as I heated up starting from wearing a coat and woolly hat to almost naked (well not really)!
After a few minutes of removing the snow I realized what a great form of exercise it was and proceeded to clear all of my drive and the sidewalk outside of my home. Then I got on my bike to scout out areas in need of my services where my friends live.
So maybe I gave you some idea for an alternative way to burn some calories in winter time? Share your methods for unusual exercise in the comments below …
