Sorry I Was A Bit Lazy
This is so true. I got lazy in posting to this blog and guess what, I also got lazy about exercise so piled on a few more pounds.
I hope there are some readers still tuning into my posts.
So to make up for it I have a great tip that worked well for me to get my lazy body back into shape.
The secret is to do some kind of exercise and make sure that your muscle that you exercised aches the next day!
This can take almost no time. For example, lie down on the floor and do stomach crunches. Do about 20 where you tense up your abs as much as you can until it becomes uncomfortable 20 times in a row. Then rest a few minutes and repeat 2 more times.
The next day you should find that your abs ache like hell.
This is good news since it means that some of your fat is going to be replaced by Abdominal muscle as long as you don’t over-eat. How cool is that?

Aha… yes. It is quite easy to get lazy about exercise. In order to save money on gas I have been riding to school everyday. I have not started weightlifting again because I am trying to adjust to the altitude and gain some much needed energy without becoming exhausted. I have been riding at least 3-4 miles a day, so I think I am headed in the right direction.
I am always lazy about my personal website. It makes me next to no income (Big G ads were useless!) and I rarely create new art anymore. Not alot to be done there, I guess… also, when I am in school, I have little time for personal projects– even reading a book.
Wow, 3-4 miles a day on the bike is great. I too got out on my bike yesterday and enjoyed the ride and came across a friend to chat to near the end of the ride.
Today it rained so I only worked out my fingers on the keyboard.
What are you studying now at School (I think you mean college right?).
