One Muscle Group Workout

This is a pretty awesome way to get in shape, and it doesn’t take up much time.

Imagine if you go to the gym every day and do a full workout, it will take a hell of a lot of time. But if you only work one muscle group per day, you can get it over with quickly.

The answer is to torture your individual muscle groups on a daily basis e.g. on day one, target the Abs:

go for crunches, twists, conventional sit-ups, and leg raises. Then finish off with a bridge. The intention being to torture your abs to get them aching for a couple of days at least.
