New Extreme Weight Loss Video
If you have seen any of my videos before you will notice that I like to work out up in the hills. The reason for this is that I can walk up the hill and still get a good workout, it can be cooler due to the shade from trees and it has great views.
I injured my knee by playing badminton so it is a bit of a problem for me to run, but I will try my best. The plan is to show you guys how to really blast away fat via simple exercise and fun hill-based walking/running. I want to demonstrate how I can sweat out 2Kg of sweat, burn over 600 calories, build some muscle and have fun at the same time.
