Micro Exercises for the Lazy
You know what it’s like when you desperately need to do some exercise but lack motivation for a workout? Well I think I have a solution
The idea is to decide on a muscle group to target on it’s own. So it will take you just a few minutes.
For example, today I decided to work on my arm triceps before taking a shower.
What I did was to remove a couple of 2.5Kg plates from my dumbbells and holding them in my hands and standing whilst leaning forward at 90 degrees, extended my arms from the vertical to horizontal for 10-15 reps at a time.
Then I repeated it with some rest in-between until I got a nice burning feeling in my triceps.
Then brush teeth, shower etc. One easy, lazy workout!
