Killer Workouts
I think I got this idea from Scoobie on Youtube where he does killer targeted workout routines full of grunting and possibly aimed at gay guys.
So my present workouts are aimed at one muscle per day. This is a great way to work out if you are lazy about working out like me, I think.
My idea is to do a killer workout on one muscle so it takes minimal time but takes days to recover from the intense workout.
