Ideas For Weight Loss

After having some set backs after injuring myself, here are some ideas based on what I am doing now:

Cycling up hills and back around to home base – this is easy on the body but still a good workout

Working one muscle group before a shower such as doing 3 sets of push-ups and making them as hard as possible.

Gentle jogging for 20 minutes.

Finally, take up a new long-forgotten sport from your past such as skate-boarding.

So there you go, no excuses!
