Finally Below 90Kgs
After a run today where I wore a jacket because it looked like rain. A combination of the 30 minute run and the excessive sweat brought my weight down to 89.9Kg!
Although my weight will easily regain a couple of kilos after drinking fluids and eating. This is a major achievement since even after hard exercise over the recent past, my weight didn’t get below this barrier.
So now I am celebrating with some fluid intake
