Vary Your Diets to Continuously Lose Weight
James Brausch has an interesting take on dieting. He has found that fad diets do result in short term weight loss i.e. they all work for a limited time while your body adapts to the new diet regime. The trick is to switch to a new diet once the weight loss plateaus.
So if you haven’t yet tried the “Fat Loss for Idiots Diet”, I suggest you do. Then after a couple of weeks, switch to another diet plan.

In my opinion the secret to losing weight is to exercise. If you try dieting ofthen lose weight at first…but put it all back on later.
You just can’t cut out eating and expect to keep weight off. You need to turn fat into muscle.
That’s my view , at least.
Personally, I would rather exercise than go on fad diets. But I think fat people do not want to exercise, they want an easy solution, ideally a magic pill.
Also, diets involve their favorite activity, eating. Exercise is their least favorite activity.
