Christmas Dinner
This is the first year since being a baby that I won’t be eating a super-sized Christmas dinner. Usually I visit some family members and have a huge roast turkey dinner and lots of alcohol. Of course, this is terrible for weight loss, but enjoyable.
This year I am saving the cost of air tickets and staying out in Japan where Christmas day is like any other day. It will feel a bit strange but I don’t mind. Instead of this super indulgent eating and drinking binge, I will do some 10-pin bowling.
Today I went for another 45 minute, 700 calorie fat burning run and just finished some salad for dinner. So, for once I shouldn’t gain any weight over Christmas. I gained a bit in the last 2 weeks since I went out with friends to some restaurants and the weather prevented me doing much running.
Now I am at 206Lbs (94kgs) and want to get below 90kgs and go from there in the new year.
Anyway, a merry Christmas and happy new year to You, and thanks for taking the time to read my blog!
