Quick Home Exercise Routine

Here’s what I do for home-based exercise outside of the bedroom:

I do 3 sets of the following:

bicep curl with dumbbells – 15/12/10 reps each arm
shoulder press with dumbbells – 15/12/10 reps
press-ups – 10 reps (I should do a few more like 20/15/12)
stomach crunches – 20 reps

Short rest between sets.
