Calorie Counting Device
I recently discovered a new kind of calorie counting device which accuractly tracks your calories burnt and what you have taken in.
Sometimes, I wear a calorie counting watch when I go running, but wouldn’t it be great to have a calorie counting device that constantly monitors your calories being burned.
Calories are burned by physical activity and while you are at rest so if you can constantly monitor how many calories you are burning then it’s possible to calculate if you are gaining or losing weight.
The device is called the BioTrainer and is a patented product that was developed following research provided by various medical and exercise study establishments.
It includes a motion sensor and LCD display to display calorie count and activity data. Typically you wear it clipped to your belt or waist strap.
To complement this device there is a website that collects your daily data and charts your weight loss progress. This is designed to keep you on track and motivated.
For best results you may also want to follow the daily meal plan and activity tracking program which helps keep you on track for your nutritional goals.

I’ve discovered my success in my weight loss has been my overall food consumption. Eating correct portions of healthy organic foods has helped a tremendous amount since I already have an extremely good fat burning workout. I’ve also discovered the health food Mila (proprietary blend of Chia seeds). Stuff works wonders for your overall health.
