My First Video about Burning Calories Fast

Yesterday I visited 3 restaurants (Indian for Lunch, Yakitori for evening and then a traditional Japanese bar/eating place) because of the holiday season where family and friends were having our Christmas parties on the same day, so I was kind of desperate to have some kind of calorie burning workout.

Thankfully the weather was mild and I have been wanting to make a video of myself walking up a steep hill and recording the calorie burn along the way.

I want to produce many more videos so this is a first step. Let me know what you think. I could include music and efects in future videos but for now, I just wanted to get this first one out into the field.

I reviewed my own video and I think I need to comment more on the surroundings. There are some great places to do this near where I live so i will do this kind of thing again soon. let me know what you think about my video please …

I like the idea! It’s interesting to watch someone record calorie burning. It’s more encouraging when you realize the effort that others put in to lose weight. Nothing comes easy. (I think that is the fatal mistake with many…)

You are working your butt off, aren’t you? I am enjoying the surroundings myself. I agree, commenting on them would be a good focus while users are watching your workout. Wish there were nice places here in Wesley Chapel to go for walks.

Ahh, I liked the ending. You made me chuckle. :)

I’m glad you liked it. I was walking as fast as possible up the hill. Even though it’s hard work, the surroundings make it enjoyable.

Walking on an inclined treadmill wouldn’t be the same.
