well i also trying to do it as now m slim trim but i don’t have any body shape, could u tell something for heavy hips…coz my bumps are much heavier then my other body part
]]>I don’t think you have to do a lot to build some muscle mass. I suggest buying some light weight dumbbells from a sports shop and an exercise mat.
Then you can do abdominal and chest exercises (press ups) on the mat and some bicep curls and shoulder presses to build some strength in your upper body.
Your running should take care of the legs.
To build muscle, you need to do short duration exercises that over-load your muscles so they learn that they need to get bigger. Like if you vacation on a high gravity planet for a couple of months.
