I suggest buying some light weight dumbbells from a sports shop and an exercise mat. Then you can do abdominal and chest exercises (press ups) on the mat and some bicep curls and shoulder presses to build some strength in your upper body. Your running should take care of the legs. To build muscle, you need to do short duration exercises that over-load your muscles so they learn that they need to get bigger. Like if you vacation on a high gravity planet for a couple of months. I know I wouldn't. In my case, it may be a good motivator... I think I would feel good looking back on my previous self and seeing all of the progress I've made.
