Body Shape

Since I have been doing my basic exercises and some outdoor exercise such as jogging and hill walking, my body is starting to look pretty good.

I want to post some photos soon. I didn’t post my “before” picture before since I can’t stand it and want to show you some major improvement.

Just doing simple stuff like I do can really make a difference to your looks and body shape.

I am 44 years old so it is not so easy to stay young looking anymore. But I have had some nice feedback from young women over the past few months which helps a lot with motivation.

You don’t have to do a heck of a lot to stay looking good but you have to make some kind of effort. I will show you some more tips on personal care that I learned in future posts, so I hope you bookmark this site or subscribe to the RSS feed to stay in touch.

  1. I can understand why you wouldn’t want to post “before” pictures. I know I wouldn’t. In my case, it may be a good motivator… I think I would feel good looking back on my previous self and seeing all of the progress I’ve made. I’m very skinny now, but I would like to build some muscle. I need to start a good strength training regimen.

    Hi Rachel,

    I don’t think you have to do a lot to build some muscle mass. I suggest buying some light weight dumbbells from a sports shop and an exercise mat.

    Then you can do abdominal and chest exercises (press ups) on the mat and some bicep curls and shoulder presses to build some strength in your upper body.

    Your running should take care of the legs.

    To build muscle, you need to do short duration exercises that over-load your muscles so they learn that they need to get bigger. Like if you vacation on a high gravity planet for a couple of months.

    well i also trying to do it as now m slim trim but i don’t have any body shape, could u tell something for heavy hips…coz my bumps are much heavier then my other body part
