100 Push Ups Progress Report
So far I have completed 2 days of the hundred pushup challenge. After the first one I had some muscle ache in the chest area but after a day of rest, it was minimal and I was able to complete day 2 of the challenge.
The first day I did a set of 10, 12, 7, 7 pushups followed by 17 pushups for my maximum to finish off the session. There was 1 minute rest between sets. This took me about 6.5 minutes total, so don’t say you don’t have time to do this.
Today, after a day of rest, I completed the second session doing 10, 12, 8, 8, 17 pushups. So it is going smoothly so far. looking forward to doing 100 consecutive pushups in 6 weeks time
Even in these early stages, the total number of pushups is over 50 per session so 100 is not such a big hurdle to get over maybe?

Its somehow hard to do 100 psuhups at first time..dont u think so?
I sure sure do
It should take me around 18 training sessions spread over 6 weeks to get there according to the plan.
Finished week 1.
I did a set of 11, 15, 9, 9, 20 (maxed out) reps for a total of 64 push ups.
I start week 2 on Wednesday
