Weight Loss Tips

Hi,
my blog Weight Loss Tips is a collection of thoughts, opinions and examples of ways to lose weight, keep in shape and eat healthily.

All my life I have been interested in diet and exercise. As you know, having excess weight causes many problems such as cloths not fitting, requiring more effort to perform activities, making you look older and health problems.

It is way too easy to gain weight and hard to lose it. So I don't believe in miracle diets, but rather a steady sensible approach to life-long healthy living.

In my blog I look at what diets and supplements are on the market and share my thoughts on these. Also I will discuss exercise and associated equipment.

I am not a medical professional but have plenty of experience of training in the gym, at home, via Karate, plus swimming and running. So I think I can offer valuable opinions on exercise technique to lose weight.

In the past I have let my weight creep up to over 100Kgs which shocked me into getting the weight off.

For diet, I have the luxury of being married to a chef who prepares great healthy meals for me. So I hope to share the recipes and photos of some of the meals with you.

Now I am middle-aged and I am slightly overweight since I like to enjoy my food and drink. I do regular exercise and am generally happy with life. So hopefully I can also share tips on how to maintain a stable balance of mind, body and spirit.
